KVKK CLARIFICATION TEXT

Hereby Clarification Text prepared by NEUTRON GÜVENLİK TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“NEUTRON” or Company) as data responsible in scope of ‘’Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”)’’ and ‘’Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in the fulfilment of the Obligation of Clarification’’. Your Personal data may be processed by the Company in accordance with the Law as described below.

What kind of personal data are we processing?

We process your name, surname, mobile phone, e-mail address, address, IP data.

What are the purposes and legal reasons of processing your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law in order for us to provide the services we give to our customers in accordance with the requirements of the contract and technology, to provide after-sales support services related to products and services, to carry out our customer relations processes, to meet your demands and complaints, to perform the necessary activities by the relevant business units to carry out commercial activities carried out by our Company and to carry out business processes connected to it.

In addition to these information, anonymous aggregate statistical data without personal information such as frequency and times of site visit, order times and IP address at the time of order, statistics of visited product pages and ordered products, are also collected to analyse and understand visitor movements and preferences.

Relying on your explicit consent, your personal data may be processed in order for us to improve our products and services, to conduct our marketing activities, to inform you about our campaigns, to send electronic mail such as advertisements, promotions etc., and to share them with the companies that we get service to send these messages, to know you better and therefore to give you the right service, to make marketing analyses, to personalize our products according to your demands, and to establish profiles.

With which purposes and to whom your personal data can be transferred?

Your collected personal data may be transferred for the achievement of the above-mentioned objectives to our main shareholders, our group companies especially…………., our service providers, business partners, dealers, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, the institutions we use, the domestic and international servers we use, domestic / foreign institutions that we receive cloud servicepeople and organizations that process data, support metering, targeting, profiling on behalf of the data officer, audit companies, advertising and promotion agencies, cargo companies and private individuals in scope of the conditions about processing personal data as specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Your data will be transferred to the servers located in Turkey / abroad and to the domestic / international institutions where we receive cloud service with your explicit consent in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.

What is the Legal Reason and Method of Collecting Your Personal Data?

Your personal data will be collected via The website, call centre, mobile application, online applications, cookies, e-mails, social media channels where you can connect with our company electronically and in the physical environment the program that we use for your store purchases, our sales and marketing employees, printed forms, membership forms, and solution partners, on the basis of the legal cause of the performance of the contract.

If you give your express consent, our products and services can be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions stated in the articles 5 and 6 of the Law, based on the legal reason that they are customized and presented to you according to your taste and usage habits.

How long is your personal data processed?

NEUTRON may keep your personal data to protect and exercise the rights it may have in order to act in accordance with legal requirements and to take legal action for the legal period as long as required by law, for the duration required by the processing purpose, or in the future legal proceedings that NEUTRON may have. At the end of this period, the personal data of our customers will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by the Company.

Personal data processed for the purposes specified in NEUTRON's policyis deleted, destroyed or made anonymous when the purpose requiring processing within the scope of KVKK has disappeared and the Turkish Commercial Code no. 6102, the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymous Making of Personal Data published in the Official Gazette dated October 28, 2017 and numbered 30224, has passed after the periods specified in the Turkish Penal Code numbered 5237.

What Are Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner?

As personal data owner, we hereby declare that you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Act:

a) to know whether personal data has been processed b) to request information about it if it has been processed c) to find out whether it has been used for its intended purpose ç) to know the third parties it is transferred in or out of the country d) to request the correction of any missing or incorrect processing e) to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions provided for in Article 7 of the Law f) in accordance with the articles (d) and (e) to request that transactions be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transmitted g) to object to the occurrence of a result against you by analysing exclusively through automated systems ğ) demand damages if you suffer damage due to the processing of your information in violation of the law.

 

You can make your applications for your rights listed above by coming to our company headquarter in person with your identity card or by signing with a secure electronic signature through a notary public and sending an e-mail to the e-mail addresses we share below with your e-mail address which has been previously registered in our system. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the transaction requires additional costs, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
